Hosted by the Canadian Spine Society (CSS), Dr. John Street presents on the findings of a retrospective analysis of the impact from the implementation of a pre-operative routine of skin and nasal decolonization (using Steriwave™, formerly known as MRSAid™) implemented at Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Hospital, which showed a remarkable 78% reduction in surgical site infections.
